幼少より即興でメロディーを奏でて歌う日々を過ごす。武蔵野音楽大学フルート専攻卒業後、フリーランスのフルート奏者として活動を開始。クラシック音楽のみならず幅広い音楽ジャンルを吹きこなす演奏家として活躍するも、自分が本当に表現したい音楽とは何かを探求する日々が続く。
2006年、世界中から集まるミュージシャン達とセッションしたいという直感に従い、バークリー音楽大学奨学生オーディションを受け、合格。
奨学金を授与される。
2007年渡米。在学中より学内外の様々なプロジェクトにフルート奏者として参加。卒業後はO1-Visa（アーティストビザ）を取得し、ニューヨーク州クイーンズを拠点に活動。2013年より拠点を日本に移し、広告音楽制作、映画音楽、ミュージカル音楽等を手がける。
特に、業界からはフルート演奏や作編曲の能力を高く評価されており、インフルエンサーや個人事業主へ提供した楽曲は人気を博す。
これまでに担当した音源は、TVCMの音楽制作をはじめYOUTUBE総再生回数だけでも65万回以上。
累計6万人以上の前で演奏し、収録されたフルート演奏のSpotify総再生回数は42万回越え。
アーティストや企画そのものを表現した歌を作ることに定評があり、脳裏に強く印象に残るメロディーは、聴く人の心を強く揺さぶる。
また、歌声には、細胞に染み込んでくるような心地良さや、響きに共鳴して涙が出てくる等、定評がある。
現在は、楽曲制作、歌唱指導、収録、コンサート出演等、音楽に関する幅広いサービスを提供しており、また、幼少期からの夢であった「歌いたい」という魂の声の直感に従い、2016年よりライフワークとしてシンガーソングライター活動を開始。
2019年にEP『SING』をリリース。Spotify、Apple Music、iTunes等の各配信サイトで好評発売中。
近年では、自己表現をしていきたい一般の方向けのオリジナルソング制作、音楽プロデュース、レコーディングを行う。
椛澤愛氏『I am』『満月とプール』楽曲提供。他曲音楽プロデュース、その他インフルエンサー、起業家で自己表現活動をしていきたい方の音楽サポート。
言語や国を越えて世界中で口ずさまれる歌を作り、音楽で世界を繋げていきたいという目標を持ち、精力的にアーティスト活動を行う。

KAJU is a Japan-based composer, flautist, and singer-songwriter whose work bridges expressive artistry and practical music production.
With a classical background in flute performance, she has built a career across composition, arrangement, stage music, and vocal direction.
After graduating from Musashino Academia Musicae with a degree in flute performance, she worked as a freelance flautist before receiving a scholarship to Berklee College of Music.
She moved to the United States in 2007, participated in a wide range of projects during her studies, and later obtained an O-1 artist visa.
She was based in Queens, New York, working as a professional musician before returning to Japan in 2013.
Since then, KAJU has composed and produced music for commercials, films, and musical theatre, while continuing her work as a performer.
Her flute performance and compositional skills have been highly regarded within the industry, and her works have reached wide audiences through media platforms and live performances.
Her music is characterized by memorable melodies, refined sound design, and a strong sensitivity to narrative and context.
In addition to her work for stage and media, she also collaborates with artists, entrepreneurs, and creators, supporting personal expression through original song production and music direction.
As a singer-songwriter, she released her EP SING in 2019, available on major streaming platforms worldwide.
Through her work, KAJU aims to create music that transcends language and culture, connecting people through sound and voice.
